Return and Refund Policy

1. Hassle-free returns and exchange within 7 days; specific conditions apply based on products and promotions.

2. Prepaid order refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Issues with defective, incorrect, or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Items purchased during special sales with free product offers are ineligible for returns.

5. A reverse shipment fee upto Rs 100 can be charged for excessive returns, which will be deducted from the refund.

6. For hygiene, items such as accessories, sunglasses, perfumes, masks, and innerwear are non-returnable.

7. After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your refund within ( 5 - 15 business days).
